Has The Cyberwar Threat Been Exaggerated? : NPR.  National Public Radio sponsored an Oxford-style debate on the motion "The Cyber War Threat Has Been Grossly Exaggerated" before an audience at the Newseum in Washington, D.C. on June 16, 2010.  Included on their website at the link above are links to audio recordings of the debate and a link to a transcript. The debaters were Marc Rotenberg, executive director of the Electronic Privacy Information Center in Washington, D.C; Bruce Schneier, an internationally renowned security technologist referred to by The Economist as a "security guru"; John M. "Mike" McConnell, a retired vice admiral and former U.S. Director of National Security; and Jonathan Zittrain, a professor of law and a professor of computer science at Harvard, where he co-founded its Berkman Center for Internet & Society.
