Harvard has an excellent line-up of speakers for a debate, panel discussions, and keynote address this coming Friday, March 4, 2011. Details are on their website at http://harvardnsj.com/2011/03/1979/ . They promise a live webcast, so over here at Syracuse University College of Law we have reserved a room to watch. Things kick off at noon with Jonathan Zittrain, professor of both law and computer science and author of The Future of the Internet and How to Stop It debating Stewart Baker, former General Counsel of the National Security Agency and author of last year’s book Skating on Stilts: Why We Aren't Stopping Tomorrow's Terrorism. These two are very knowledgeable and are dynamic speakers.
