Just a few more points on the UK cybersecurity plan:
ZDNet reported that the strategy would allow the UK government to launch "Stuxnet-like attacks" against the "specific nuclear operations or programmes" of rogue states.
Finally, the BBC reported how the new cyber strategy "reads more like a cyber and economic security strategy." Again, the British see cybersecurity as a business opportunity: establish a more secure cyberspace, attract more business investment. This emphasis on business comes out through new government venture capital initiatives to invest in cybersecurity, closer engagement with private utilities, and an information-sharing pilot program.
