On March 6th, 2012, Charles Arthur wrote for the Guardian on Lulzsec, the militant offshoot of the hacking group Anonymous.  LulzSec is notorious for going after the CIA, Sony, the Mexican government, and was probably behind the hacking of Stratfor.  The Guardian reported that the leader of Lulzsec, a hacker nicknamed "Sabu", worked with the FBI and outed 5 other members of the group.  The FBI has arrested those members.

The article quoted one FBI official who said that "This is devastating to the organization . . . we're chopping off the head of LulzSec."

The best part of all of this?  Sabu and LulzSec were ferociously anti-government.  Sabu often tweeted about how much he loathed the federal government.  His betrayal is stunning.
