Cybersecurity Meets the WTO: Skating on Stilts

Last night I posted a link to a blog post by Stewart Baker where he discussed the possibility of Congressionally imposed sanctions against IT equipment “produced, manufactured or assembled by entities owned, directed, or subsidized by the People’s Republic of China.”

Earlier today, Mr. Baker followed up on that with a new post for his Skating on Stilts blog.  Continuing on with an exploration of those sanctions, Baker noted that the U.S. could face a trade challenge in the WTO.  Interesting read.
