The U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee held a hearing on March 1, 2016, entitled “The Encryption Tightrope: Balancing Americans’ Security and Privacy.” Witnesses included FBI Director James Comey and Apple, Inc., Senior Vice President and General Counsel Mr. Bruce Sewell. This video covers the entire hearing, five hours and 30 minutes long. We’ll try to provide highlight clips in a later post.
