Interesting Reuters article from Gerry Shih on CloudFlare, a web start-up that shields customer websites from DDOS attacks by rerouting internet traffic.  The firm’s practices are a bit controversial because it counts designated terrorists and cyber criminals among its customers.  The Reuters article questions whether this would constitute a violation of the material support statutes considering CouldFlare is helping to keep terrorist websites online.
