Cyberwar, out of the shadows: WashPo

From The Washington Post’s Editorial Board comes an op-ed on bringing new transparency to CyberComm and the U.S. cyber doctrine.  Referencing the news of the recent CyberComm expansion, the E-Board wants more information on the new National Mission Forces and better transparency on how CyberComm operates.  Indeed, “[w]hat concerns us is not the growth of [CyberComm’s] forces but the way it is happening behind the scenes . . . So far, operations and deployments are being handled almost entirely in secret.”
