The U.S. is not ready for a cyberwar: WashPo

For your consideration, a  new opinion piece from The Washington Post’s editorial board on cyberwar.  Nothing really new: the board notes that the U.S. military is not ready for cyberwar, and more importantly, that policymakers are making important policy decisions behind closed doors and without public input.

Lawfare’s Matthew Waxman had a good writeup on another WashPo article from last night pertaining to cyberattacks and the concept of imminence.
