The Cyber Power Index: The Economist Intelligence Unit

I just discovered an interesting little tool for assessing the cyber power of individual countries.  The Economist Intelligence Unit, with help from Booz Allen Hamilton, created a cyber power index for the G20 countries.  This tool is pretty cool in that it racks and stacks the G20 countries according to their legal and regulatory framework, economic and social context, technology infrastructure, and industry application.  Interestingly, the index ranks the US at #2.

I came across this link in a tweet from Richard Stiennon (@cyberwar), the author of the book Surviving Cyberwar.  Definitely a gentleman worth following, and a book worth reading.
